No two clients are alike and neither should your wedding day be. As each event is different, so are the needs of our clients. Here at Events by Nieves we strive to make sure each of our clients experiences vary while still maintaining the pursuit of a perfect party!

 

Our main goal is for you to enjoy your engagement. Our packages range from final prep (month of coordination) to our extensive full service planning.

Vendors

The Total Package

Scheduling of meetings for the all or remaining vendors left to be obtained

 

  • Telephone and email support from the moment you contract our services until you drive off in your getaway car, we stress we must have dinner on you return from your honeymoon! 

  • Creating an extensive timeline, tipping guide and custom checklist for your wedding day. Copies of the timeline will be provided to all bridal party members and vendors 

  • Coordination of out-of-town guests which include accommodations, transportation needs and delivery of welcome packets 

  • Supervision of reception activities such as bridal party introductions, dances, toasts, tributes, slideshows, cake cutting, etc. 

  • Pack personal items at the end of your event and deliver to person or location of your choice 

  • Full Wedding Day Emergency Kit


 

Event Coordination

  • Supervision and Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal (1 hour)

  • Supervision and Coordination of Wedding Ceremony and Reception (10 hours)

  • Arranging transportation accommodations for bridal party and guests

  • Picking up bridal bouquets

  • Providing vendors necessary duties when arriving to sites

  • Making sure that place cards, favors, programs, menus, table numbers, programs, photographs etc. are correctly placed

  • Instructing couple’s family, wedding party, officiate, bridal party, ushers, etc.

  • Seeing that all aspects of the ceremony/reception are on schedule

  • Full access to “Color Me Beautiful” Emergency Kit which contains over 300 items should any unexpected occurrence arise

  • Pinning corsages and boutonnieres

  • Distributing bridesmaids bouquets, flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillow, etc.

  • Attend to any special need guests that you may have

  • Communicate with photographer to confirm time of arrivals and “day of” photography timeline

  • Lining up bridal party for processional

  • Making sure that musician and officiate/minister understands musical queues for processional, recessional, arrival of guest, and family seating and distributing iPod or whichever musical devices that contact music, if any.

  • Depending on caterer, cutting and serving bride and grooms cake

  • Communicate with DJ to ensure special songs and dances are in order for introductions, toasting, garter toss, money dance, etc.

  • Gathering all specialty items and load into parent of brides/groom car

  • Disseminate final payments to vendors

  • Collecting all gifts and accessories (guest book, photographs, wedding favors, serving utensils, extra cake, food, etc.) at the end of ceremony.

 


 

Event Styling

 

  • Non floral centerpieces for all tables including bride and groom sweetheart table

  • Centerpieces include gel crystals, marbles, tear drop votives, hanging crystals, led lights, etc.

  • Unlimited candles/glasses (includes centerpiece décor)

  • Satin Table Linens, chair covers, linen napkins, etc.

  • Charger Plates

  • Ceremony and Aisle décor (includes aisle flowers and columns)

  • Detailed decorations and accent pieces


 

Splendid Proposals

We will consult with you about your thoughts, ideas and dreams so that we can come up with the perfect proposal plan that best suits you and your girl!!

We will have you fill out a relationship questionnaire, then a proposal specialist will create 2-3 personalized marriage proposals for you to look over.  We will present these ideas to you in a comprehensive, detailed information packed email to you with descriptive photos.

The Events specialists will be available to discuss the ideas and preparations that you will need to Pop the Question in such a way that your future bride will be talking about your proposal for years to come
